Aichmi Realm’s Youth Ambassador Programme is a specialised community-involved leadership training for selected individuals, chosen by Aichmi Business Panel. They are chosen based on demonstration of leadership in action, impact and values that they create in their community. The focus of this programme is to create clusters of leaders who bring about positive change and transform their community for the better.

In short, our Youth Ambassadors are one of our greatest assets, our agents of change.
