AICHMI YOUNG MENTOR PROGRAMME

This programme is structured to ensure diversity and deliver a stimulating learning environment in which participants can enhance their knowledge and build rapport in getting closer to the world of sustainability.

It is our intention to create a vibrant, nurturing and forward-thinking environment, inviting to diffuse knowledge on sustainability and share practices and experiences in the ever increasing need to enable access to sustainability to all.

About this programme

This programme provides students and young professionals with a unique opportunity to be mentored by eminent panel of sustainability specialists in international bodies affiliated with the United Nations Environmental Programmes (UNEP). During this period, the Mentees will be given access to advice and career guidance, as well the benefits of wisdom from their Mentors on sustainability and practical know-how.

The eligibility process to this programme will be via a two-tiered application process. The first is through an online application and the second will be through a robust interview process after which the final assessment and selection will be made. Guidelines outlining the methods, roles and activities will be available once an applicant is successful and has been accepted to the programme.

Who should apply

This series is best suited for students and young professionals between the age of 18 to 30 years old, interested in putting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) into action. Those who have attended the Sustainability Series I, II and III may have an added advantage.
